Interior remodeling of a brick office building to include a first floor bar and restaurant with a grill, full service bar, and live music venue. The owner wanted a design that integrated a new look with the existing materials and character of the circa 1960 building, and that capitalized on the location with street views of a vibrant part of the city. The main lounge has a contemporary motif and is spacious and versatile; it can be used as a dance floor or seating for a large business function. The adjoining pub area is a small, intimate space. The facility also includes a covered porch and patio seating for dining and people watching. Construction of the 4,500 square foot space was completed in 2005.
