Remodeling and expansion to 4,000 square feet of the manufacturing facility and administrative offices of a supplier of equipment and systems for distribution, control and management of electric energy. Design included a powder coating room to comply with the building code and with applicable substance safety requirements and standards. The remodel also required the design and addition of an assembly system that would support heavy casings in the fabrication, painting and shipping processes. Construction was completed in 2005.
