Multi-phase remodeling and expansion of warehouse and offices for an electrical parts supplier, with the addition of a training room, restroom, and break room for the employees and larger sales/customer service areas and inventory storage areas. The interior and exterior lighting systems were modified to increase light levels and make the facility more aesthetically pleasing. The building entrance and access route were redesigned for greater convenience and visibility. The project required integrating immediate access to inventory in the warehouse with convenient office space. Attractive interior finishes were used to offset the industrial surroundings. Construction was completed in 2003 and 2004 with final square footage in excess of 100,000 square feet.
