Design, plan and remodel approximately 10,000 square feet of office space and 14,195 square feet of customized warehouse space for Clear Channel Houston Outdoor. The Project incorporates Owner's program to relocate current office and warehouse functions. The project space includes offices for accounting, real estate and operations, sales, marketing, charting, public affairs, the president's office and related support spaces. It includes warehousing pallet and frame storage areas, as well as truck bay, vehicle servicing area and distribution platform. It also includes modifications to update the facade and changes to the elevation as required by current building code and accessibility law.
