New construction of a community clubhouse with meeting, office, and kitchen facilities, and storage for recreational and maintenance equipment. Design and planning for the future renovation of the adjacent pool house with secure electrical room and chemical storage area. The design was responsive to the Association's program and the objectives of the remodeling committee. The facility incorporated materials and finishes resistant to damp conditions and high volume public use, especially for children's recreation. The 3,300 square foot clubhouse was completed by Omega Restoration and Remodeling in 2005.
