COO/CFO - Principal

Debi Debo-Wynne has been part of the BSA family for over 10 years, serving as Principal and Chief Operating/Financial Officer. She keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes—overseeing finances, managing office operations, coordinating projects, and building strong relationships with clients.

Debi’s known for her practical approach, attention to detail, and dedication to making sure both the team and clients feel supported every step of the way. She’s a steady hand in the fast-paced world of architecture and design.

Outside of work, Debi is a big sports fan, especially football. She roots for the Houston Texans and the New England Patriots in the NFL, and cheers on the University of Miami Hurricanes (“It’s all about the U!”) and the Penn State Nittany Lions in college football. She also loves spending time with her family and heading back to her hometown in PA in the fall to enjoy the beautiful changing leaves.
